Here you’ll find size charts for our customizable garments, organized by garment type, brand, and model. Always use the measurements for your chosen model when selecting a size.

Base Garments and Stock Availability

The availability of the base garment specified for each product depends on supplier stock. If your chosen model, color, or size becomes unavailable, we will discuss an alternative brand, fit, and size with you before embroidery begins. We will only use a substitute garment with your approval.

The same letter size can have different measurements across brands and models. If a substitution is needed, we will agree on the appropriate size using the alternative model’s own size chart.

How to Choose Your Size

Compare the size chart with the measurements of a comfortable garment you already own in a similar style. Before measuring, check whether the chart lists garment measurements or body measurements. Garment width measured flat is not the same as chest circumference.

Hoodies

Gildan GI19500 – Hammer Maxweight Adult Hoodie

A classic-fit hoodie with a seamless body, a fabric weight of 360 g/m², and a 100% cotton outer surface.

• Fabric composition: 75% American cotton, 25% polyester.

According to the Gildan measuring diagram, C is measured from the point beside the neck to the end of the sleeve, so it should not be compared directly with a sleeve measurement taken from the shoulder seam.

Kariban KA3025IC – BIO150IC Men’s Crewneck T-Shirt

A short-sleeved men’s T-shirt with a tubular construction, an elastane ribbed crewneck, and neck tape. The sleeve hems and bottom hem have twin-needle stitching. According to the supplier’s description, all color options use cotton grown on farms transitioning to organic farming.

A fitted, side-seamed women’s V-neck T-shirt made from soft, enzyme-washed combed cotton. The sleeve hems and bottom hem have twin-needle stitching.

Towels

Olima OL450 – Classic Towel

A towel made from 100% ringspun cotton with a fabric weight of 450 g/m². Two wide, smooth decorative borders at the ends provide space for personalized embroidery.

• Tear-away label.
• Matching 100% cotton hanging loop.
• The hanging loop is positioned on the short side of the guest towel and hand towel, and on the long side of the bath towels.

According to the supplier’s description, the undecorated product can be machine washed at 60°C on a gentle cycle and tumble dried on a normal program at low heat. Do not bleach or iron. Dry cleaning may be carried out according to the supplier’s instructions, without trichloroethylene. Always follow the care instructions supplied with the finished embroidered product.

Premier PR159 – “Colours Collection” 2-in-1 Apron

A unisex apron that can be worn in two ways: as a bib apron or as a waist apron. When folded in half, the neck straps are concealed. The pocket design is usable in both styles and is described by the supplier as tablet-compatible.

• Fabric composition: 65% polyester, 35% cotton, twill weave.
• Fabric weight: 195 g/m².
• Self-fabric straps with a plastic buckle.
• Pocket dimensions: 20 cm wide and 18 cm deep. Compare your device’s measurements with the pocket dimensions before purchasing.
• Length from the waist: 32 cm.

According to the supplier’s description, the undecorated product can be machine washed at 60°C on a gentle cycle or industrially washed at 85°C on a gentle cycle. It can be tumble dried on a normal program at low heat and ironed at low heat. Do not bleach or dry clean. Always follow the care instructions supplied with the finished embroidered product.
