Please note that shipping times include both production and delivery.

Production Time

Each item is personalised just for you.

Standard production time is 3–5 business days after we receive your order (and design approval, if required).

Shipping Time

Once your order is complete, delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days within the UK.

International delivery times will vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We offer tracked shipping for peace of mind.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delays

Please allow extra time during busy periods (e.g., Christmas, Valentine’s Day) or for international orders which may be delayed by customs.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs clearance.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
