All our products are made to order and carefully created in our studio in Zalakaros, Hungary. Please note that the production time is added to the shipping time shown below.
Hungary
- Delivery time: 1–2 business days after production
- Shipping cost: Based on parcel weight
- Free shipping: On orders over 30,000 HUF
Europe
- Delivery time: 3–8 business days after production, depending on destination
- Shipping cost: Based on parcel weight and destination country
- Free shipping: On orders over €80
United Kingdom
- Delivery time: 5–8 business days after production
- Shipping cost: Based on parcel weight
- Free shipping: On orders over £70
USA
- Delivery time: 7–14 business days after production
- Shipping cost: Based on parcel weight
- Free shipping: On orders over $80
Production Time
As every product is made to order, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for production, in addition to the shipping time.
During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas and other holidays, production times may be longer. We will always keep you informed if there are any significant delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey.
