General information

S9 Craft products are made to order with personalised embroidery. The total time before delivery therefore includes both production and shipping.

Production times

After your order is confirmed and, where needed, you approve the design, estimated production times are:

  • Personalised products: 5–10 business days
  • Standard products: 3–5 business days

Shipping methods and estimated delivery times

Once your order is ready, we ship it using one of the following services:

Hungary

  • GLS: Home delivery, approximately 1–3 business days within Hungary
  • Magyar Posta: Home delivery or post office collection, approximately 2–5 business days within Hungary
  • Foxpost: Parcel locker or pickup point delivery, approximately 1–3 business days within Hungary

International shipping (EU and other destinations)

  • GLS: Home delivery, approximately 3–7 business days within the EU
  • Magyar Posta: Approximately 5–14 business days within the EU
  • DPD: Home delivery, approximately 3–7 business days within the EU or 5–10 business days to other destinations
  • UPS: Home delivery, approximately 3–7 business days within the EU or 5–10 business days to other destinations

We’ll confirm the shipping method and estimated delivery time in your order confirmation.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on the shipping method and destination country. Free shipping may be available above certain order values; current conditions are shown in the store.

Tracking

After your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress on the carrier’s website.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control, such as public holidays or weather. Please allow extra time during busy periods, including Christmas and Valentine’s Day.

Incorrect shipping address

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for parcels returned or lost because an incorrect address was provided.
