Personalised Items
Because each personalised product is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are not faulty.
Please check all spellings, dates, and personalisation details carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund once we have reviewed your case.
How to Request a Return for a Faulty Item
- Email us at info@whimsythread.com with your order number and clear photos of the fault.
- We will confirm whether your return has been approved.
- If approved, return the item to us in its original condition and packaging.
- Once received, we will process your refund or send your replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Any item that has been personalised to your specification (e.g., names, dates, custom designs)
Items returned after 14 days without prior contact
Items not in their original condition due to misuse
Return Shipping
If the item is faulty, we will cover return shipping costs.
If the return is for any reason other than a fault, return shipping will be at the customer’s expense (only applicable for non-personalised items).
